Located at 19 Avenue Kléber, just a short walk from Arc de Triomphe, this luxurious hotel arises. The Majestic building is dated back to 1908 when it first opened, but the hotel opened just two years ago in 2014. The property was carefully renovated for six years before grand opening to restore and preserve all the beautiful details from the date when it first opened. This can be seen throughout the whole property since it is decorated with a lot of stunning details with sculptures and paintings.
We visited The Peninsula and had their signature afternoon tea at Le Lobby, which was truly an amazing experience. The ambiance was calm and harmonic with live music playing in the background. I most say that the afternoon was the best I ever had. Isolina was very pleased as well since they have the whole afternoon tea gluten free and a lot to chose from. They arranged everything beautifully and the staff was friendly and professional.
Visiting The Peninsula is a strong recommendation if you want to experience high-end luxury and an amazing afternoon tea. Make sure to book in advance since it is a very popular place to have afternoon tea in, you won’t be the only ones thinking of having the best afternoon in Paris!
